Job Description

Our District Sales Managers sustain profitable sales by leading a group of independent sales representatives. District Sales Managers are key drivers to implementing Avon field strategy and are critical to the achievement of direct selling excellence. The responsibilities of a District Sales Manager include:

Grow and sustain profitable sales by meeting performance objectives

Implement field strategy to exceed direct sales metrics

Effectively recruit, train and manage an average of 400 independent sales representatives within a specific district

Motivate and develop representatives

Analyze information and evaluate results in order to develop and implement strategies

Provide strong leadership in a territory that generates $2 million plus a year in sales

Travel locally up to 80%

Job Requirements

Three years sales experience with one year sales management experience preferred.

Some college coursework / degree preferred

Excellent leadership skills including the ability to mentor, coach and motivate

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must

A passion for sales and motivating salespeople

Multi-level marketing experience a plus

English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus

Recruiting experience a plus
