One million units have been sold since 1978. In addition to the rubber resistance one can set to any load desired, it also accepts iron plates making them safe to use too. Using plates and rubber together delivers the sweetest feel one could imagine. Our machine does all the standard barbell and free body exercises one would find in a college weightlifting class. It allows for proper form and range of motion on all exercises. The Soloflex machine has been endorsed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane (3 time Mr. Olympia), Gale Sayers (NFL running back), and Mitch Gaylord (Olympic gold medalist).
