I bought this to build my dream home. Then the housing market crashed : ( The property is 90% wooded…with a good sized building lot/clearing for your home/camp…maybe a half acre or so. Lot’s of wildlife…Deer, Turkey, Bear, etc. (see pics). Just a golf cart ride to Wilderness Valley/Black Forrest Golf…Less than a quarter mile down the two track to 100′s of acres of state land. Snowmobile/ORV trails nearby, etc. etc.

It’s maybe a half mile off pavement. The roads you see in the picture are gravel and two-track. An outhouse, picnic table and bonfire pit are the only things on the property. I don’t need to sell it…I don’t even really want to sell it…I love it out there. But if I’m 10 years from building, I’m wondering if I’d be better off staying in the house I’m in. So long story short…I thought I’d throw it out there and see what happens…if it’s meant to be, it’ll sell. So that said…the price is $27,500 and that’s FIRM. I’ll take cash…or cash via loan. No land contracts, no realtors.
